By creating an account or using our Service, you represent that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age, or at least the age of majority in the jurisdiction where you reside or from which you use the Service.

The Service is provided free of charge and includes:

04 Account Registration

To use our Service, you must create an account ("Account"). You agree to:

• Maintain and promptly update your registration information to keep it accurate and complete
• Keep your password confidential and not share it with anyone
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your Account

Velo Proxy is provided free of charge. Every feature, server location, and protection is available to all users at no cost, with no trial periods, no locked tiers, and no in-app purchases.

5.2 No Payment Data

Because the Service is free, we do not collect payment information and never charge you. Should we ever introduce optional paid offerings, they will be offered only under new terms that you must explicitly accept before any charge is made.

5.3 Promotions

From time to time we may run promotional events, such as early access to new features. These are subject to specific conditions disclosed at the time of the event, and we reserve the right to modify or end them at any time without notice.

06 Cancellation and Your Account

6.1 Stopping Use

You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the Apps. There are no fees, renewals, or notice periods to worry about.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use our Software on your personal devices.

The Software is licensed, not sold. You do not own the Software or any intellectual property rights therein. We retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, Software, and all related intellectual property.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Software
• Distribute, sublicense, or transfer the Software to any third party
• Use the Software for any purpose other than as expressly permitted by these Terms

09 Suspension and Termination

You may terminate your Account at any time by following the cancellation procedures set forth in these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your Account and your access to the Service immediately and without prior notice if:

9.3 Effect of Termination

• Damages arising from any content or conduct of any third party on the Service

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

12 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Velo Proxy and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or relating to:

We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, strikes, or shortages of transportation facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.
